RETURN POLICY
If you don't love your purchase, we will happily accept your return! Please note the exceptions below.
Orders Eligible for Return
For all returns, please contact us at hello@margueritamarket.com within 7 days of your delivery. Items must be unused, with no signs of damage. Items that are damaged in transit to us will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned back to the customer. Please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be received within 21 days of delivery date.
Incorrect or Defective Orders
We are committed to an exceptional level of quality and care. All of our items have been inspected for quality prior to shipment; however, there may be rare occasions when a defective item is shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, please email hello@margueritamarket.com within 48 hours of your delivery. Photographs are requested for all damage and defective item claims. Please include your images in your email to hello@margueritamarket.com prior to shipping your return.
Refunds
Please allow 3-5 days from receipt of return delivery for our team to process the refund. Refunds are made back to the original method of payment, less the return shipping cost. Please allow 8-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit on your account.
Store Credits
We understand things happen and are happy to issue a store credit for any returns that fall outside the return policy window.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please return your previously purchased items and place a new order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@margueritamarket.com within 24 hours. If your order has already left our facility our standard return policy will apply and a return authorization is required.
